Used as a prize for children - out of 4 awarded so far, 1 returned as a couple of buttons do not work! 25% failure rate (so far) so not as good value as I had hoped - as well as a disappointed product, disappointed children! Oh dear!

I’m really sorry to hear that one of the prizes had buttons that weren’t working — especially when these were being used as rewards for children. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been for both you and the children involved, and it’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.
