Ordered a big tray (1m x 1m I think) but it arrived damaged in transit (not Hope's fault). Hope Education didn't hesitate in sending me a new one very quickly. So I was very pleased with this service. The tray is perfect.

I ordered this for my chicken coop not realising that it was too deep and wouldn’t fit. The customer service staff were able to intervene in the order process so that it wasn’t delivered and I got a refund. Can’t praise them enough for their helpful response. What a lovely company!

There seemed a problem getting this delivered and DPD returned one. The second one was badly packaged and i didn't notice the corner was broken until unpacked and too late to return. The middle of the tray tends to buckle up. Ordered this try and two other sets for next day delivery, and arranged to be home. Told all day courier was a bit behind to find at nine in the evening the package was still at the depot. Turned up the next day when I was at work. Took five to six days to get the delivery. So you might want to factor this in when purchasing anything.
