Despite ordering 10 days ago ... no sign of it or message about delivery of tablecloth.

Poor Customer Service re a Return
Ordered tablecloth and napkins and decided to retun them as they were not as good quality as I'd hoped.
I followed their instructions to email for approval and sent my first email on 23/11/25 followed by chasers on 26/11/25 and 28/11/25. On the 28/11 I emailed that I was ending the goods back tracked as they weren't responding. I enclosed copies of the emails within the parcel.
Royal Mail tracking shows delivery on December the 3rd and I still haven't had a refund or response to any emails.

Slow Postage and Sub Par Quality
Slow postage, Royal Mail could be at fault here. The quality of the Napkins are very poor and no where near worth the Price and postage charged.
