Fantastic Service
Very happy with the service received from Horizon.
After someone hit me in the back at a set of traffic lights they helped organise recovery, repairs and chased the at fault insurer for authority in a timely manner
The team that I have dealt with have kept me posted at all stages and couldn't thank them more for there efforts.

Misleading information & high cost
I believe this company mislead my daughter when she had her accident in June. We have requested the recording of the phone calls and even though Horizon state they are in the process of retrieving them, weeks later we are still not in reciept. We have involved the ICO and fully intend further action.

I had insurance with Carole Nash, I called them after the accident and they said our team will be in touch... I had calls from UK Legal Assist, Horizon VM, Crash Bang Wollup, Copart and Kindertons.
16 days later, NOTHING has happened, my car is still outside my house getting wet inside due to the crash damage. I just called Horizon VM, call rang for 5 minutes then cut off.
They are renting me a car, charged to the claim at £150 per day but I am sure it would only normally cost £30 a day so they seem to be making money from the car rental and the more they delay, the more money they make.
Very cruel company.
I used to work in insurance and couldn't handle the guilt of the game. The people that work for Horizon VM must be desperate for work.
Wow, what a rubbish company. Got to them via GoCompare and wish I had never heard of them.
I had an accident on the 24th of August. Nearly 5 weeks later ZERO has happened.
I called them to make a claim, they said congratulations, you qualify for Legal Assist, sounds great I though, who wouldn't want Legal Assistance?
Little did I realise this was the point that Carole NAsh, instead of referring my claim to the insurance company Covea, they passed it on the a claims management company called UK Legal Assist, UK Legal Assist passed me on to Horizon Vehicle Management and they pass me on the Kindertons.
Each time I call (every day), each company claimed they were waiting fir the other company. They are providing me with a 'hire car' at £150 per day charged to someone somewhere somehow.
Then these various companies started saying it was the third party insurance company delaying so I called them directly and they said they were not even aware their client/insured was even in an accident. This is more than 4 weeks later BTW. I called Carole Nash to complain and they said, we are not your insurance company, we are only the broker (?), so I called the actual insurance company Covea and they did not even know about the accident more than 4 weeks later. Carole Nash is obviously involved with the scam artists at the other companies over charging and not doing anything, profiting from the delay or they would not have referred me to them instead of the actual issuance company in the first place.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
I have made a DSR GDPR request for all my data relating to their handling off my claim. This will be fun from now on...

After reading previous reviews I was very worried and anxious using this company after my accident and the write off of my car, but I didn't need to worry Sydney dealt with my claim from start to finish and kept me updated with what was going on she rang me when she said she would and she was very understanding at this stressful time for me

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company - never contacted me throughout the whole process. I always had to call them, and when eventually did get through - the line “cut off”.
I am not over exaggerating when I say I called them near on 80 times over the months, most of the time with no answer - when eventually did get through, they always say will call back with an answer or update but never do!!!
Further ongoing issues with vehicle scrappage - scrapped my vehicle with personal contents still inside vehicle, even after speaking on the phone stating I would like them to be returned to me, which someone said that they would be....
NEVER USE THEM!!!!!! I can’t issue a bigger warning - incompetence personified

One Happy Lady
I was driving to get some food and had a bit of a crash with another driver, I was transferred and made very clear that they are not my insurer or anything to do with them but can completely deal with my issue. Jevon was so helpful and kept me informed, I also dealt with Sydney who made sure I was kept mobile during my time without my car! I wasn’t inconvenienced once, Thanks HVM

I was transferred to Horizon and my claim was handle quickly and efficiently, great customer service and I regained all my money after my car was completely written off! I was very wary to begin with but if this ever happens again ( I hope it doesn’t ) I will remember the great service and I hope that they deal with my claim again.

Website doesn't work, number hard to find, online ratings all bad. I'm sure they'll have a different name before long as judging by their history they change often

Promised a call back several times which never happened. After my 5th call back to them they waffled on about something like the repair centres where to far away from where I lived so they couldnt help and passed me back to my insurer. So it took them 5 weeks to tell me that and Im none the wiser. Also the repair centre is 11 miles away so I dont know how thats too far? I also spoke to the same guy everytime I called the company. Is he running this company from his garden shed? Complete joke!

Quite lazy so far
Quite lazy so far. i tried calling several time and after much wait i finally got connected. They did not know 2 days after the accident of my vehicle that where my vehicle was (it was their responsibility), and which body shop to assign the repairs to.
I had to find out calling the recovery services myself where they took the car and if anybody has contacted them about my car at all (no one did 2 days without any notice to me or anyone). If i am doing Horizon VMs job on my time then i might as well take the case somewhere else.
No updates on so far on who is chasing the third party's insurance to bring my claim to them (after they hit my car and even after exchanging names numbers and photos; no progress; this is day 3 now).
I will keep this updated. maybe next review would be 5 star or 1 star; depends on how they want it to be.
