Terrible experience : Refund

If only I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service: First, I got a defective watch. So I asked for a refund. But they don't reply when it comes to refunds. At the shop, they said 10 days, and after those 10 days, the online rep said 1- 5 days when I mailed them to check during the time period, they said they would check instead of saying we have processed the refund. On the 5th day, no one will reply. Every promise for a refund has different dates, but no one has taken any action. The store representative will blame the online service representative and the other way around.

Horloge team can make time to reply to the review. Instead, it would be even better if I could get a reply to my emails and proof of the refund. I have heard that the refund has been processed before.

Terrible experience Horloge team has stopped replying to the emails.

No refund after 3 months of promises.

Bought a watch bracelet 3 months ago. Sent it back and asked for a refund. Was told I would receive it within 5 business days. We're 3 months, 2 calls and 6 mails later and nothing. Customer service keeps claiming the previous handler is on vacation and that they're about to fix my case. This is starting to look malicious and scammy.

Hi Horloge.be.
Some months ago i bought a B5000. A pricy watch. After a month the battery was low and couldn’t recharge itself (solar watch) so the watch died. BIJORCA took it back for reparation. I wore the watch a week and what hapenned? Exactly the same problem all over again. So now it went in reparation again. Now it has longer been in reparation then woren on my wrist. I contacted both international gshock and belgian gshock corporate but never received a proper solution to my problem. I contacted both international Gshock and the repair centre in Lasne to found out what the problem is because shock was willing to help me but they can’t even locate my watch.
They told me that horloge.be buys watches in foreign countries so my watch isn’t at the repair shop in Lasne.

Canyou help me please.

Pretty poor customer service

The watch my wife purchased for me a while ago on Horloge.be arrived late (partly due to the transportation company but also partly their fault) and they withdrew the amount twice from my wife's creditcard! Mistakes can happen but it took them so long to transfer the money back (they claim they couldn't see that the amount was withdrawn twice) that eventually we had to go to the bank and cancel one of the transfers.
Their customer service in general is actually pretty poor as well. Depending a bit who answers the phone, they seem very uninterested in what you have to say. It seems like they couldn't really care less.

So all in all, the watch arrived a couple of days too late, the money was withdrawn twice from our account and they just don't care, nor are they in a rush to refund you the money. Not even an apology was made.

I'll definitely avoid this company in the future!
