Horse.com new platform is AWFUL!

Horse.com changed their platform to a Shopify one, and the platform is AWFUL! Doesn't allow buyers to update info such as credit cards, the search engine for items is useless, and I'll not shop with them anymore. Their customer service gal was wonderful when I called to try to update my credit card info directly, and the system doesn't even allow their customer service agents to update anything either. I don't know who's idea it was to change the old platform that worked fine, but Horse.com and Stateline Tack (affiliated and both have changed to this useless new platform) are going to lose a lot of business by becoming very non-user friendly!

ZERO STARS - No customer service or communication

Ordered a dog bed from Horse.com because they had the best price on the internet. After a week, I noticed the ordered was cancelled on Shop app. I reached out via email and did not receive a reply. The charge on my amex was refunded, but zero customer service and now getting a similar dog bed for my pup has been delayed. ZERO STARS

Never received the item I ordered. No refund!

Never received the item I ordered. They instead sent a pair of socks two weeks later. It took several emails to customer service to even get a response. They responded saying they never even had the item I ordered and they would refund me and we could keep the socks. I never got a refund and a week later got an email from UPS with a return shipping label. I contacted customer service multiple times about the refund with no response and finally had to submit a dispute with my bank.

Customer service is HORRIBLE

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit. I inquired about a return, to which I got no response. I followed up and 2 days later got a response asking if I wanted to have the cost of a mailing label deducted from my refund or just send them back at my own expense. Thinking it would be easier to get a label from them, I asked for a label. Two days later, I got an email saying that I would get another email from UPS in a couple of days with the return label. That was about 2 weeks ago. I have followed up at least 3 times over the course of the last week and now one is even responding to me. A decently run business should ensure that ALL emails are responded to at the very least within 24 hours. They got two stars simply because the shipping to me was fast (in fact, I got the boots faster than I've been able to return them). They probably don't want to show the loss of the income until next year.

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service!! I asked right off the bat if they had the Silver Royal Oak Show Saddle Package in dark oil, in stock. I was told yes they had one left. I took a chance and ordered it. Then I got an email back saying that it was no longer available! I called back and said that I wanted to cancel my order. They would NOT cancel my order! They told me to wait, saying that there was a 50/50 chance that I might get this item. So, I waited all weekend because no one is there on the weekends. In the meantime, I called the manufacturer myself. Again, I had to wait because the lady who could answer my question wasn't in until today. I called and asked her if they had ANY of these sets available in the dark or light oil. She said NO, they don't have ANY left! I called Horse.com back. I tried explaining my situation to the lady. She proceeded to tell me that they had put one set aside for me! I just told her that I spoke right to the manufacturer and she stated that they DON'T HAVE ANY LEFT IN STOCK!!! I told her that I'm tired of the run around! I was made to feel like this was all my fault and I asked right away from the start if they had these sets in their warehouse or if they came right from the manufacturer. I was told that THEY had one dark oil set and four light oil sets, IN STOCK, IN THEIR WAREHOUSE and their website kept showing these items were AVAILABLE!! Well, they were not! I already asked for them to please CANCEL my order and they wouldn't do it the first time I asked! Now the lady I spoke to today kept on telling me that they had put aside one set for me! I said that I just spoke to the manufacturer and she said that they didn't have ANY MORE OF THESE!! By this time, I was very upset!! Thank God that I was finally able to cancel this order! I don't understand why they wouldn't cancel it right away at my request. I had a gut feeling that they wouldn't have any more, but they made me wait anyway. Bottom line is that I will NEVER order anything from Horse,com again after the horrible customer service that I received.

Ripoff

Ordered a dressage saddle, did not fit. I returned saddle and girth, $170 in shipping, took 4 weeks to credit my account and charged me $100 restocking fee! This company is an absolute ripoff! Spread the word!

Seriously deteriorated service

horse.com used to be my go-to for supplies. No more. Last time I ordered, I got "free shipping", then got hit with a $18.99 "multiple warehouse" fee. most products were listed as "usually ships" in a range from 2-7 working days. 2 weeks later, not a single item in my large order has been shipped.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered products over a month ago and they still havent arrived, and when I call them they did not offer any help at all, they did promise a reshipment but that was never sent either. So they have my money and I have nothing to show for it. I will never order from this site ever again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Horrible.

I order from them frequently

I order from them frequently. They have never gotten my order wrong, and they ship promptly. My only objections are their shipping prices seem out of line with other companies, and they use a "discount code" to try to trick you into buying more than you need when they could just provide better pricing and lower shipping costs.

Paid for items I never received. Received another order in error. They insisted I handle their mistake in shipping before receipt of my ordered items. Bad business practices. Buyer beware!
