As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. Your satisfaction is our motivation, we will never unnecessarily sell you a product that you don't need. We never say that things don't go wrong, but if they do we will do everything in our power to put it right, quickly and efficiently for you. Good quality and service
Good quality mats and underlay for my muddy gateway, churned up by horses. Delivery was fast and when I rang for some tips on laying the mats I got excellent advice with a fast friendly reply. I'd definitely use this company again.

Great Personal experience.
Great experience with this company. Spoke with them on the phone before visiting and they were extremely helpful. Even provided driving directions which were very useful.
Went over the following day and the personal experience continued, great service, and they even loaded the required mats into my car for me.
