As a small family company, we really pride ourselves on our personal customer service, we set our standards bar at Charles Kingsley's quote "Do as you would be done by" . We believe customer service is in decline and would like you to experience the standard that we would hope for ourselves. We genuinely care about our customers, their requirements and seeing your enquiry all the way through from your vaguest thoughts to the delivery or installation of your mats. A smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Great communication from Sophie on all the measurements and other logistics and the team who came to fit the mats were on time, friendly, and did such a great job. Absolutely love my new stable floor and walls mats. Will definitely recommend to my horsey friends.

Grass mats for my horses winter paddock
The ordering process and customer service were great. The delivery service and driver were excellent.
The mats went down easily and the grass is starting to grow through them so we'll see how well they do next winter.
Overall I'd definitely order from them again.

Really happy with garage gym flooring.
I recently used Horsemat Ltd for installing a gym floor. I'm very happy with their work, the flor is fitted perfectly and the whole communication process was great.
The installation crew was there on time and they were very efficient with laying the mats. I would strongly recommend them and if I ever need any other project involving protective flooring I will definitely reach out to them again.

Ordered superjim mats- good quality gym…
Ordered superjim mats- good quality gym mats, night and day difference between these and cheap foam mats I used to have and easy to cut down to size with a few cuts of a stanley blade. Delivery was fast as well.
