I am very excited for my new airbag vest - but I was surprised to find that while the website said I would receive 10% off my order by signing up for the newsletter, there was no coupon code given upon signing up. I have requested a credit for the difference, but this is a poor customer experience.

After a fall without a airvest causing muscular injury to back and neck I spent ages looking at different airvests. Am delighted with it. Love the material and close fit it looks like a stylish gillet. Forget I am wearing it don’t feel restricted, and have work in the hot weather feeling fine as it’s ventilated. Lanyard easy to use with one hand to clip on and off. I sized up from usual horse pilot size and it fits perfectly over my rigid racesafe bodyprotector. Amazing. Cartridge looks easy to change although not done yet. So happy with it wear it every ride now.

My teknit boots are very light, the design is beautiful. I have purchased a size bigger since I have a short and slightly large upper calf and very small ankle. Although they don’t fit perfectly nonetheless they are ok. I think the more I wear them the better they‘ll fit.
