I love the fact that this company has a real human behind the scenes! The service offered is amazing! With a capital A! I ordered a rug at 1.03pm on a Friday and the rug arrived by 2pm on the Saturday! The prices she offers are so good! The service is amazing.

I popped a text over saying a massive thank you and didn’t expect a response but she messaged a reply!

If your order by 1pm most days weekdays you will get your rugs the next day! (Bar weekends as the delivery company doesn’t pick up those days!)

Honestly - I would not buy from else where! Great prices, great rugs, and the best ever customer service! (I’m a repeat customer! And the same level high quality service and price received as a first time buyer to a repeat buyer!)

Rug was delayed by royal mail. Lisa got on to them and sorted the issue straight away and had the rug over to me in tipperary in great time. Lisa was so easy to deal with and very professional. Would recommend her business. Rug is perfect .

Yodel damaged the packaging and the rug bag and told untruths regarding delivery. The company stepped in immediately and resolved the situation (which was no fault on their own) They even sent a replacement bag.

Great service from Horserugsrus, I have had a few rugs from them and am very satisfied in every respect, choice, competitive prices, easy to use website, offers and a friendly response from any queries I have had, always resolved any issues and delivery is very quick, will be ordering again soon, as can never have enough rugs with the good old British weather.

Great prices, service, & well known brands. Having brought 2 turn-out rugs (1 for a friend) & a fly rug from Horserugsrus last year. The best money well spent. Yes the brands on the web-site are among the top but they are not 'seconds' or end of line as my firend thought.
