A little less than expected
Although i was already for the mismatch style of a hostel i did presume we would have clean bedding. The bedding was dirty, no bin provided in the room. Whilst getting ready to leave in the morning were shocked that a member of the hostel staff to be in our room with no warning.
Although there are points that need to be address it was a perfect set up for a hen night.

Takes the stress out of organising accomodation
I found the service excellent. I received very prompt responses to every e-mail. Were able to take my request and very quickly find suitable accomodation. Very flexible and patient as information and details about the group I needed accomodation for kept changing. Would definitely use this serviceagain and would recommend it to others. First class and very friendly service.

Excellent advice recieved very promptly.
I needed to find a hostel that was suitable for a group of children aged 10 - 16 that was near to the London Transport system, served breakfast and came at a budget price. Laura at Hostelmania got back to me straight away and guided me very patiently through the whole booking process.
