They removed my hosting plan without warning
I went to my website cpanel today to check on something to be greeted with a page saying the website is inactive. I am currently trying to contact their support, but response time is incredibly slow. With no warning, they canceled my web hosting plan and yeeted the files for four websites into the ether. I know it wasn't a declined payment for the hosting plan because the domain payment went through without issue.
As far as I know, the files for my websites are now deleted.
Update: I had an old, unused forum on my site that was abused by bots, resulting in a database that exceeded my size limit. I did not receive any emails or any sort of notifications about this. My site was taken down and I was not informed. I did not lose any of the files however.

We keep having dropouts from their end and causing us loss of business. We had to move away from Hosting24 and the issue is solved.
They don't provide what I had paid for
I am also an old customer with a Reseller account for may years. The account has NO disk nor bandwidth limits. Recently wanted to add a new website and - oops - they tell me that I had exceeded the (non-existing) disk limit. Now all the package selectors are disabled, so cannot add a website. I had complained to customer service, they confirmed unlimited disk space and promised to rectify the WHM. Today they confirmed that this is resolved - only to find that this is still NOT resolved and I still can't add a website. I am a webdesigner and reseller, so my business came to a halt and I am on the brink of collapse. Hosting24 has become the WORST hosting company and now I am looking for a different and more reliable hosting partner! I am disgusted with them.

Number one scammer in world
I am an old customer of them and I have a 14 years old domain there which value is much now. They suspend it without any reason and never inform me about it. Suddenly I noticed my domain suspend.
If you have any hosting or domain with hosting24 or hostinger make sure to switch soon.

Customer Support is very bad to non-existent.
Update - two days after original review. Raising from 1 star to 3 stars. - They did finally resolve the issues.
I have had their CPanel service for almost a year now. Overall the service has worked, but support is almost non-existent (as referenced in loads of other reviews). I have an issue where when a major upgrade to WordPress is released, attempts to update to a major version results in an incomplete update and a critical error on the website. After going through this on several major updates I decided to try and get this issue resolved. After a week of being told to change terminal options, and repeatedly explaining the actual problem, I finally set up a "test" account, and walked the rep through the failure. She also duplicated the failure, and was able to get the tech people to look at it. They came up with a fix, that worked. Never told me what they did. I was happy, but skeptical. I deleted the test account and set it up again. The updates were still failing on the new account. The old conversations were ended. I had to start over again. I provided some details, and told them all the information was provided previously - I would not go back and start over again for the 10th time (this has taken place over a week now. I was told it was referred back to their technical team last night, I would be updated when they heard anything. I woke up this morning and again: Your conversation has ended Send us a message
I can't start all over again. I told them yesterday I wanted this escalated to a manager. They do not seem to have any escalation procedure, no trouble ticket system, and the tech team is totally isolated from the customer.

SLOW Customer Service, not listening to the customer
At first use, Hosting24 was fine. My use of this hosting service consisted of accessing the CPanel for uploading some edited HTML files for my client.
Now, things are a complete disaster. There is no way to get help in a timely manner, especially in an urgent situation. There is no phone number, no urgent option, nothing. Just wait while my client's site suffers during their peak business time.
I gave specific directions to the person on the hosting24 customer service chat, and the instructions were not followed.
I now have a WordPress website that was not supposed to go live, now live. I specifically told them to migrate the site to the staged environment I had created on the hosting24 server. Easy instructions. They were not followed. Now my client is upset that this site is not what they wanted.
Now I'm waiting on the chat for urgent help. If there was a phone number to use to escalate situations like this, then this one-star review would have probably been a five-star review, and this review would be telling how helpful and courteous hosting24 was in fixing their error.
Please change your customer service options. This is extremely unavoidable.

I am a customer fo Hostin24 since 2018, i bought the shared hosting plan with unnlimited diskspace.
In the mean time they have changed the settings and now i find my self paying for an unnlimited web space but receiving 50gb only!
The support is making fun of me and avoid the direct problem

I have been using hosting24 for about 10 years
I have been using hosting24 for about 10 years now. And typically they have been good. But for the past two years i have had a few issues with my email and website when they change over servers. Thursday my website and emails went down and have been waiting frustratingly trying to get a honest response and back up and running. This is now going on FOUR DAYS and they still haven’t fixed the problem. This is unacceptable, and kills businesses with these types of disruptions

Never Ever Again
I'm stuck with them for the last two years cause of payment. Please don't buy anything from them cause of the cheapest. They can use my balance which I can not see and control. I always wait for support for more than 2 hours. I don't know how they hire people who always ask another team or repeat what I say to keep me busy. Please stay away from Hosting24!!!

Worst technical support
Worst customer and technical support offered by hosting24. I wanted to switch my website from cpanel to their hpanel (both hosted with them). There was no option cancel or switch the cpanel hosting so I had to ask the customer service team to cancel the cpanel plan. They were not able to remove my domain from it. Once it was cancelled the new hosting simply rejected it saying it's already hosted. The technical wasn't able to solve this for 10hours and they still are.
This caused a significant offline time for my website and resulted in loss of revenue.
I also had a similar experience with registering a domain with them which Required extra requirements. All the documents were provided yet the took 10 days to register.
Worst technical support I have ever encountered.

Poor Level 1 Techincal Support
I have been a customer for over 6 years now so I'm sorry to have to write this review, as I've never had such a bad issue before this point.
4 weeks ago on the 25th of Feb, I got user reports that DB errors were occuring and that the DB authentication was revoked. That's strange as I haven't changed anything for a while. Upon further investigation and unbeknown to me my hosting IP had changed completely which was causing these issues. After I worked that out and corrected it all was well, I followed up and found my hosting was transferred over to new servers which caused this migration.
On March 9 I reached out to you again that after this migration I was unable to access certain parts of my hosting specifically definers in the MySQL hosting DB, as when reimported from the migration had been changed to root user, which I don't have access too. After discovering that with support, all they would need to do is go in and change these definers back to how they were. This fix should have taken maximum 10 minutes.
I followed up the next day and got told
"Our team is currently working on the issue! I have sent a follow up regarding this and we should be getting an update within the day 🙏"
I got no follow up with the day so followed up again 3 days later, and was told it was under investigation but would get a response any time soon.
On March 14th still with no response I followed up again, again with no response from the investigation.
On March 17th I followed up again and again got told "Thank you for waiting! I checked and see that your case is still under investigation by our specialists. As soon as there will be any update, my colleagues or I will inform you immediately blush"
I've now reached out 4 times to solve a trivial issue that HOSTING24 caused when they migrated my shared hosting to a new IP.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience ! Using their hosting services for 2 years. Customer Support is always ready to help and solving the problems. I used their customer services chat around 10-12 times and never had any complaints. One of their customer support employee "Jaune" even went out of their rules to help me solve migrating issue. Delighted by their service.

I have been with Hosting24 sor several years now, to be honest the first year was diffcult as I did not understood all the benefits I had access too, plus some other hosting services where less expensive. Then I Hosting24 went thru a MAYOR upgrade, it does look nd feel very different, I am surprised of all the great service I recive without paying any extra pennie for it.
