I’m extremely disappointed with this hosting provider. Their service is unreliable, and sometimes the hosting is completely outdated, leading to significant losses for clients.

Even after repeatedly asking for support, they say there is no problem with their server, but their hosting system is saying that the backend webserver is unreachable. If you buy hosting, you will be in danger; you will not get any support. Their errors will not be noticed. They will not admit that they have a problem.

I lost an important customer due to their poor service. They are putting some ignorant people in the support center, they don't want to admit their own server problems. They say they keep regular backups but even 15 days ago backups are not available. No refund is given when asked for a refund, and there is no precedent of getting a refund so far. No email regarding their maintenance is sent to the customer. They change the data center at will without informing the customer.

They don't give a ss about your problem and experience. They don't even know about the problem you face. They just play dumb.

Worst service. They give money back guarantee on dissatisfaction, so I paid without hesitation. Unfortunately their service was not good and I requested to refund. They didn't. Never purchase from them.

Took a hosting package after a confirmed phone conversation with my requirements, they failed to do so, For which i said to provide the refund and they agreed to do so as well, I created a ticket for refund as well as I confirmed over phone call for the refund on Dec 1, and it has been more than 2 weeks.
