For outbound Emails we use paid version of Mailchannel so that all outbound mails land inbox. It went down today. We raised the thicket with Mailchannel. Yes they took around 3 hours but fixed the issue. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I am not satisfy with the hosting and…

I am not satisfy with the hosting and support.

On my goalpines.in hosting WordPress and theme installed successfully, But after that when i try to create new pages it is giving error and after that not only this domain but my other domain from this hosting account not working and also when i try to login my account on hostinginindia.com even your domain also not working. and giving error "connection timed out". This was my 5th time i was facing problem with your hosting. I was very frustrated with this. And also your support team replied my message after 2 to 3 days. And now i bought hosting from another hosting provider and it is working fine. But you said that the problem with my computer, if the problem with my computer then why other website working, also i checked the website on another computer too but the same error i got. Even when i asked for my refund the support team did not reply.

Although we still maintain there was no issue at ur end. Your IP was getting blocked by our server due to repeated login failures. Any way you must appreciate we made the refund immediately when requested to cancel the service.
