An awesome provider with top quality support. I hosted an OpenVZ VPS hosting from the last 11 months & really satisfied with their pricing & services they provided with the plan.

Solid pricing of Shared & VPS hosting both. I host 2 websites, one on shared & the other on VPS. I begin with their shared hosting then after experiencing good services then signed up with the VPS server. Pricing is amazing but with the best services, it looks better to work with this provider.

Awesome hosting with the best support staff. Must say that assistance is great especially call support. When I have not urgent then I submit a ticket & ticket response is also quick.

worst quality of windows vps server and almost zero support. most of the time no operator is available to attend call at given customer care number. even I am facing issue of no replies on support tickets as well.

Me: LoL, I have already sent lot's of complaint to your support team. Problem is, they never available to solve the problem. :)

No call or reply yet. now they deleted or hid my complaint tickets from my login panel and now there billing team is asking either to pay invoice for VPS server (which is not working yet since 30th Jul) or I need to cancel the VPS account.
What the hell.

Now, HostITSmart team has terminated my VPS account by replying on ticket that "We would like to inform you that, We will do the terminate as per your request. After the terminate your server will get permanently terminated and your data will be no longer available after terminate. If you have any questions about our service, we invite you to call us immediately at 079-66050099, and we will be happy to assist you."

I never sent any cancellation or termination request.
I just said... first activate the server which is not working since 30th July and give me assurance that my data is safe, then I will pay the invoice.
no one is picking call at 079-66050099.
live chat support at your website is always offline.
I never get any call back or proper reply since 30th Jul.

Lose few bucks extra and go with vpsserver.com or vps.net or accuwebhosting.com these hosting companies are giving assurance of safety of data.

We are extremely happy & satisfied with the service provider. In the beginning, when we had a billing query, the staff properly answered our question quickly. Must say the communication with the staff is really simple either through the phone or chat.

We have 2 servers with Host IT Smart & both are running smoothly. The support team is also helpful, especially telephone support. They answered us quickly.

Poor type of VPS server hosting is very poor service and call support

Host IT smart is providing me the best service with the best support I really admire there staff and rating 5/5 for there support.

I ordered services from this seller, and the company provided very poor services. Most of staff online chat were rude and took several hours to assist me.

My website was down for three days, and sent them multiple emails. I did not receive a response for over a week.

I do not recommend anyone use the services of Hostitsmart.com unless of course you are not very smart.

Very poor support. Even high priority ticket has a response time of 3 to 8 hours. Dont host any money making website here you will lose customers and you will lose business. I paid for 1 year and , didnt host any site. Their VPS had problems raised high priority ticket. They responded very slowly. I realized how horrible support was and asked to cancel my VPS. They refused refund as well. I dont care about 168$ money they looted. but I am really glad i didnt host any business here as that would have been even a bigger loss

Thanks a lot to the support team for yesterday solving my problem of error in the database, you guys quickly found a fault & solved.

They are really bad, I have a bad experience.
They dont solve the issues from tickets, but they will reply as they care for customer. Hosting is cheap I agree. but servers dont work properly.

hostitsmart, dont have proper namespace server.

It is not work to be part of this VPS. I have planned to move away.

They are bloody cheaters. I bought a VPS on 29th May 2020. the server was not working properly since then. I could not even host a single website on this. They are not answering tickets.

While I request my money back under a one-month money back guaranty they are asking several questions but not admitting their fault. I have paid them 6 months advance and now stuck with no hope.

Their call center assistant Neerav is playing extra smart and has full intention to digest my hard-earned money.

I tried some other call and connected Deepak but he is also trying to avoid.

I also tried to call their director Mr. Nikhil Mehta but could not reach on all 3 numbers available on the internet.

Never consider this company for your hosting needs.

I will keep fighting and planning to file a complaint.

According to me, the best web hosting provider so far. The support executive is really best & helpful. They assist me really well in any issue. I really thank you for this assistance so far.
