Hostpapa has always been reliable both in its product delivery as well as customer service. In particular, the recent server migration disconnected my website email which I view from outlook. I called for technical support. Jarly was the epitome of customer service - spoke clearly, patiently and demonstrated competency. It was a lengthy call due to unforeseen issues which Jarly handled with confidence and assurance. Ultimately the set up was completed and Jarly deserves a gold star.

Easy site - good customer service

Years ago I had my own website account with HostPapa. Now I am back and continue with them, as HostPapa provided the better services which I needed, especially the tech support! Today I got great help with the Support agent Cherry P. She has great patience and did her all the best for me to resolve the issue I concerned. I highly appreciated her support!
I trust the HostPapa will provide more reliable services than before I experienced.

Here are just some of the ways that Cherry P was terrific. I had a number of questions and she answered every single one of them very very clearly and thoroughly with great patience, kindness, and professionalism. And my questions were a bit garbled because I used Voice Typing. So sometimes words weren't always accurate and could be misleading...but it didn't seem to make any difference to her... she still understood everything I asked and answered it completely. And she came across as though she was really happy to answer the questions and she genuinely wanted to help in any way that she could! And it's very helpful too that she has such a extensive grasp of different areas of HostPapa which she has demonstrated everytime I've communicated with her through the chat to get needed guidance. AND she has always provided very accurate information. This time, the questions ranged from how to change my password for cpanel... to the current status of the infrastructure migration... to how to backup my files when I was having trouble because of my slow internet connection. And she was always patient and asked if I had any other questions...and that was really kind...because tonight they had a lot of callers (Probably due to the holiday weekend because typically I don't have to wait one extra minute.) And she still took every effort that was needed to be helpful! I had intended to also write a review on HostPapa but I accidentally got cut off. so I really hope this is passed onto her so she gets the credit she deserves because she really reflects very highly on HostPapa by the exceptional level of customer service she provides!

I am very pleased with the services. Any complaints I have are about my own regret about not understanding this sort of thing better, but this company is awesome to work with.

I must tell you that Jericho M. helped me tonight and was, without question, the best customer service person I have ever worked with at any company, in any industry, for as long as I can remember. I was at peak frustration when I began the chat, and somehow, for reasons I cannot explain, I was completely calmed down by his patience and his steady effort to solve the issue that I was trying to understand. I did not expect to enjoy the interaction. My only goal was to remain polite, because of how frustrated I already was before I even started chatting. Jericho did an amazing job, and I hope your company has an employee recognition program. The only way to keep superstars is to recognize and reward them. He rescued my purchase and kept me from canceling what I had just ordered. Seriously, someone needs to go talk to him in person and tell him what a terrific job he did.

The team knew their stuff, and while the issue was ultimately resolved, I would have loved a faster response time from tech support.

Alisson M of HostPapa was highly efficient and effective. With a couple of screenshots, she was able to troubleshoot the problem, and quickly take me through the steps to resolve the conflicts within my Mac Mail boxes.

HostPapa is the best hosting platform for WordPress sites. Affordable pricing, great customer services. I've been using them for over 2 years and had over 15 sites. I am very happy. Staffs are knowledgeable and fast in response.

Today I had a very positive experience with Nathan M. He was able to provide all the information I needed and answer all my questions in a timely manner. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly to make sure I understood.

The thing I love most about HostPapa...

I don't need computer help very often but when I do it's a lifesaver. I needed help setting up my email on my new computer and Héctor S was very clear and patient in walking me through that. It is so nice to be helped by an actual human being.

Your tech support was provided by Hector, he was fantastic, walked me through my problem and did not leave me until the entire problem was fixed. Best technical support I have ever experienced.

I had the worst service and they stole my money. They charged me $976.41 for a renewal, even though it was only $334.18. To top it off, they increased their service fees by 200% without any prior notice.

Neder helped me so much! He solved all my problems! He was very patient, and knew what he was doing ! On top of that, he is bilingual, so he would understand my inquiries in Fench or in English. Excellent Customer Service. Five stars for sure! Thank you Neder!
