I strongly advise against using Hostsoch for any business-critical hosting.

Their customer support is extremely poor and completely unreliable. Support tickets are not addressed within the promised turnaround time (TAT), and in many cases, they are simply ignored. This is not just inconvenient, it is unacceptable for a service provider that businesses depend on.

Because of their negligence and lack of timely response, my business operations have been directly affected. Downtime and unresolved issues have cost me valuable time and potentially revenue, while their team fails to provide even basic accountability.

A hosting provider’s primary responsibility is uptime and support. Hostsoch is failing on both fronts. There is a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and customer commitment.

If you are running a serious business, stay away from Hostsoch. Their poor service and unresponsive support can put your operations at risk.

Very bad customer support. No response even if we open ticket, they don't care. Please don't purchase from Hostsoch. very very bad.

They have good plan options but customer care service is pathetic.You can get resolution instantly.To transfer a domain they take more than 7 days.On technical front they lack experts as they were not able to solve email SSL issues.
Better to go for branded providers such as hostinger or godaddy if you want to host your business , but testing purpose its ok to go with them.

Everything was fine as long as Hostsoch was run by Hostosch team. Sales and support was excellent. But all the hell broke out after Ewebguru acquired Hostsoch. Neither of them had the courtesy to inform their clients including me about this acquistion. Support gradually declined and it went to such an extent that they breached the terms and conditions of contract by not reneweing the license of sitepad. Repeated reminders and requests went to deaf ears. Today when I warned them that the matter will be brought before CCPA and a compensation will be demanded for practicing deceptive trade practices, the support staff member was so audacious that he said go ahead!!! So, now I am filing a consumer case against Ewebguru. If others want to still get decieved by this pathetic company with a bunch of terrible liars, you may please continue. Regards, Dr BMS

I am using Hostsoch services for the past 11 months for my domain sarpublisher.com and iamsulthan.in . the domain is hosted with Linux Shared Hosting (Business Plan). First of all, the price is cheapest compared to all other providers. In Business plan You also get free .com /.in domain for lifetime.
As far as support concern, I am not a computer geek. I am a Business and Finance educated man with medium computer knowledge. I fully manage my website and 4-5 times I had certain queries/issues. Which was resolved immediately from the support team which is available 24/7. I strongly recommend host such. It is a delightful experience.

I have also tried Bigrock and Godaddy for my friend's website. Once offers services at a reasonable cost but still higher than Hostsoch and the other is an expensive choice.

Tried all major hosts, all are offering great discounts while signup but when it comes to support its a damn waste of money and time. Hostsoch guys are really good in providing quick and best support.

I thought it was a joke or some hidden terms and conditions when they offered a Free Domain Name for life with hosting plan and Free Privacy Protection..But its really amazing they are offering .IN or .COM domain absolute free(worth Rs.600-700) and Privacy protections...Not only this one more attractive thing is they are offering additional 25% OFF for hosting plans..This is the best offer which i have got in my hosting experience..I really recommend for you guys..its really worth for you..

Hostsoch is an amazing host for their services, support. The customer service is able to answer any questions 24/7 and there are no hidden charges for any service they provide. Appreciated experience.
