HostXNow offers best in class web hosting services, I have NOT experienced any major downtime in the last 10 months, and especially Chris, he takes personal care on all ongoing server activities and keep all the services updated on time & all the time.

I've been a HostXNow customer for many years now and i have been really pleased with their service. On the very few occasions where i have needed support, they have been quick to react and overcome the problem reported and always seem forward thinking by implementing preventive measures to stop recurrence. Their pricing is competitive, equipment is fast and the support staff are friendly - I couldn't ask for anything more.

Chris and the team have been so helpful since I decided to switch to one of their VPS. They transferred everything over from my old host for me and kept me updated along the way. We encountered a few issues (mostly with my old host and my Cloudflare) but each time Chris was happy to help and did everything possible from his side to help me resolve them.

At times it must have been difficult for them as my technical knowledge isn't the best but they remained helpful and patient the whole way. The VPS itself is extremely speedy and I'm more than happy with the value for money it provides.

I have hosted websites for a very long time and totally recommend HostXnow by far the best Hosting company I have come across. I find it annoying that fake reviews can be left on sites such as trust pilot so hopefully my review will help people to use HostXnow.

I have used their services for several years without any issues, the VPS hosting package has always been excellent, fast and reliable.

Whenever I have needed help or even advice their support has been great, the knowledgable helpful staff offering quick answers using both live chat or the support ticket system. I have used several other companies over the years before I tried HostXnow and virtually all of these larger companies take an eternity to reply and solve basic problems.

I have hosted many websites over the years and currently have five websites hosted with HostXNow who are based in Birmingham but have servers in several locations. Their prices are reasonable, but the real reason why I am with HostXNow is for their customer service. When something goes wrong, which it inevitably will sooner or later, you need professional and speedy resolution. That's exactly what I have had. Whenever I have needed help they have always been there and have always responded in minutes or hours, rather than the days or weeks I have sometimes had to wait for service in the past from other companies
