We signed into the majestic hotel Cardiff, at 5 o’clock on the 17/06/2026, was given our room key which I payed for a upgraded room, when we entered the room , we thought the previous guests were still there , because the bed was unmade , the bathroom towels were used and on the floor , tea cups were still dirty, and the toilet seat was up and the toilet roll was half used , I was appalled signed mrs Shirley kesby

I had a non-refundable booking at the hotel, but unfortunately, my trip was disrupted due to an unexpected flight cancellation.
