Customer service is poor...

Customer service is poor...
Canceled our 1year anniversary dinner the night before we were supposed to go..
We booked a week in advance and the day before the event, they sent a text saying “sorry, we have to cancel”, without explanation...
When we asked why, they apparently made a mistake, they were closed that evening.. so instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution, they asked with a tone: “Have you never made a mistake?”
So even though we heard good things about the place, their attitude was just wrong..
