I came here for a cosmetic procedure and was recommended this Hotel, and I’m so pleased I took my friends advice the Hotel is stunning the food is absolutely delicious the cocktails are fabulous and not expensive, my room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, all of the staff was so friendly and helpful.
I would 100% come back and stay here, I checked out at 11am and my flight isn’t till 7pm so I paid 15€ to come up to level 12 where there is a beautiful sun terrace and included was a delicious choice of sandwiches cakes and drinks…

It had an shower issue, problem with lights, i am gonna give 3 stars as they changed my room to another one with better conditions.

I was staying at Don Giovanni hotel for nearly two weeks in August 2022. My bad experience was with the housekeeping staff, as my optical sunglasses were stolen out of my hotel room. I am completely sure, that they were in the room at least a few days before my departure. At first, I thought, I might have put them in a bag or so, but on the day of the departure, I just could not find them in the whole room, neither in all of my stuff, nor in the belongings of my roommate.

Nobody else should have had access to the room in this time. The days within the disappearance of my sunglasses, I negated to have my room cleaned (only fresh towels and toiletpaper, when asked), so I assumed that nobody would enter the room and for me, there was no need to take my sunglasses with me.

When I showed the cleaning staff a picture of my disappeared 'Police'-sunglasses-case (where the sunglasses were stored), asking if they had seen them, I felt that they were acting somehow suspicious. I asked the staff (housekeeping and reception) to check the material of the surveillance camera in front of the room, but nothing happened here.

I am still hoping to get my sunglasses back, as the optical glasses only fit for my personal eyesight and they are very valuable for me personally.
Be careful with your valuables in this hotel, always take them with you!

Perfect stay despite corona situation. Breakfast still very good. Reception staff amazing and value for money - OMG - paid 900 CZK for night in 4 star hotel. Insane:)

Nice hotel, above average

Stay away from this hotel. First room had a shower issue, next room had bed bugs. Spoke to staff, showed them pictures, even sent an email and nothing. Spent the few days there itching and came home with bites all over my body, it's just not worth the hassle.

This is the best hotel ever that we stayed in at Praque, nice and clean rooms, very good service and a wunderfull breakfast, we have 2 exetutive rooms with free entrance to the Launge on the top of the hotel , beer, soda,sandwich,snacks,coffee,redwine,whitewine,appeljuice,orangejuice,fresh fruits, and champagne on ice and more, and you get a fantastic wiev over Praque it's on the 12 th floor, and it's included when you book exetutive rooms, you get a gold key card so you can use the Launge from 10pm to 10 am or 10.00 to 22.00. Book this hotel it's have a super location , just outside the hotel there is tram,bus and Metro, only few minutes to Charles bridge in the center of Praque.
