I booked a room at the Lego Hotel for…

I booked a room at the Lego Hotel for my family 2 months ago. Everyone was really looking forward to it! However, 24 hours in advance, Booking sent me a message saying they had cancelled the reservation. I called the hotel and the lady told me they had an error in the system and now the entire hotel is fully booked. Scandalous! Last minute cancellation! And they want me to arrange this myself at booking.com

Blackpool Tower non-refund

Merlin Entertainments owns Blackpool Tower. We spent a not insubstantial £54 on tickets to go up the tower this month only to be bundled out shortly after arrival because of a fire alarm alert. They promised to refund the money (and even gave a date and time when they claim to have done so) but nothing has been reimbursed to my bank account and my bank has confirmed this. Several emails to “guest services” at Blackpool Tower have been ignored. Now in dispute with them.

Legoland Windsor, what a fleecing

Legoland Windsor. This “entertainment venue” is as close to fraud as is surely legal? You pay your money to enter and then it’s queues, queues and more queues. You’ll be lucky to ride 4 rides in a day. I feel fleeced
