We booked well in advance with these charlatans to visit Glasgow. We paid and thought everything was fine until they cancelled our booking shortly before the arrival date. There was nothing else available anywhere close except at astronomic inflated prices. To add insult to injury these con artists were selling our hotel room at an inflated price. Why are companies like this allowed to be in business? My advice is do not book anything with this company, you will be greatly disappointed.

Full scam website. Booked and paid for hotel only to have Hotelsclick.com cancel it 1 day before we arrived.

Disputed this with CC company and now they making us pay the charge. So paid for it twice. Horrible...

I have had the same problem as most regarding booking then cancellation after they have taken the money. Today I received an email from their legal representatives to say that an application has been filed for creditors arrangement following bankruptcy. I’m hoping my refund will be made & others will receive the same.

Scam, scam, scam.

Paid them, got their email confirmation...
Then, 4 weeks later they "cancelled" our reservation.
Emailed & called asking about them returning our money - after several tries, finally got someone & they said that it would be returned to our bank account in "7-10 business days".
Two weeks later, nothing. More phone calls & emails - and ZERO responses.

Opened a fraud claim with our bank, providing copies of all of our emails and a statement of phone conversations.
After another month, we finally got our money back from the bank - not from HotelsClick.

Just don't do it folks, it's not worth the small amount of "savings".

NEVER USE HOTELSCLICK.com, if I could shout this from the roof tops I would. I booked a hotel through them because I really wanted this specific hotel for a special event, but every other site listed the hotel as sold out(should have seen this as a red flag). So I used them, thinking it had to be on the up and up because the payment went through my Amazon account. 3 months after I booked the room I received a cancellation notice. They cancelled the room without my authorization. They took my money, I lost the room and could not go to the event because I did not have a place to stay. HotelsClick.com will not answer the phone or any emails. I have left numerous voicemails, but no one gets back to me. I encourage everyone to NEVER use this site it is not legitimate. You will lose your money and your vacation will be ruined.

Booked a hotel, then just one month befor the stay they sent me an email which said there is no guarantee for my paid reservation. I canceled it within the cancelation deadline and recieved the cancelation email with the promise of returning my money within two or three weeks. As I did not recieve the money, I contacted my bank and did the force back payment procedure.
They are clearly a froud organisation.

Booked a nights stay at Dubai International Airport Hotel. It was the cheapest I found from all the other sites. All good when we got to the hotel. They found our booking straight away and checked us in no problems.

Booked a hotel a few months in advance, cancelled by hotelsclick.com with no notice or reason why. I called to find out what's going on and when I would get my refund but was out on hold for up to an hour each time. No response from emails so had to claim back through my bank after getting them to investigate. I will never use this website again. I would give 0 stars if I could... AVOID!!

Hotels Click stole my money. My story is very similar to others' here. I booked a hotel room through hotelsclick.com. The booking was then cancelled without warning or explanation and no refund was given. I've had no replies to my emails and when phoning their customer support line, I am put on hold indefinitely. I'm now trying to reclaim the funds I've lost through my credit card company. Do not book with Hotels Click.

stay a way from them. they took my money, they canceled the room no money back. impossible to talk with them by phone.

I paid for a room in Oct 2018 and was told in Nov 2018 that the room was cancelled - I'm still waiting on my refund -very bad level of service.

How can I get this website shut down? We are out $4000. I am beyond upset, there are no words to describe this. We have been planning this trip since we got married 10 years ago and now we can't go. I was redirected to this site from kayak and was excited to see the lower price that they offered. Booking was confirmed, and then a month later we received an email saying that our booking was cancelled. I contacted the resort directly, and they have no reservation there for us. It's been 6 weeks since that cancellation email and we still don't have a refund. There are some sick people in this world. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

I booked and paid with my credit card for a holiday to Bali with hotel click, I did go on trivago and they redirected me to hotels click. To cut a long story short like everyone else on this site they took my money then cancelled it in November, my husband and I must have sent 50 emails within a 6 week period, sometimes we would get a message back saying we would get a refund in 3 to 15 days, but it never came. I sent a email to Trivago telling them what had happened and a guy sent an email tell me that he would try to help me but I had to see if my bank would help me with a refund first, so I contacted my bank and it took about 4 weeks but im happy to say I received a full refund today, Im one happy lady. Bali here we come. STAY AWAY FROM HOTELSCLICK

Paid them in full in April 2018 for a holiday in Cuba. Arrived at the hotel to find HotelsClick.com had cancelled a month before without telling us and we have had no refund.

BEWARE! This company is a total scam. We made hotel reservations for Puerto Vallarta in June 2018 for Feb. 2019. They took our credit card payment and in November sent a poorly written email saying they couldn't honor our reservations and would let us know how to get a refund. They won't answer their phones or email and I'm out $2100.

In February 2018 I paid HotelsClick.com in full for our hotel Newport Bay Club & park passes, Disney Paris, we were travelling 2nd December 2018, 3 adults & 1 child. They confirmed and sent vouchers. An email came through 30th November letting me know they had cancelled. I called them using 2 phones all day 1st December, sent email but had no reply. Called Newport Bay hotel direct to be informed HotelsClick.com had never reserved or paid for our accommodation, or park passes. This company should be closed down they do not answer emails and have not refunded a penny of the money I paid them in February 2018.

This site is a scam. They told me the hotel emailed them cancelling my reservation, but in reality HotelsClick is the one who cancelled my reservation and will not refund my prepaid funds. I called the hotel to confirm, and the hotel said that HotelsClick is the one who cancelled my reservation.
They are like an insurance company. They rely on the hope that you will eventually get tired of trying to get your money back from them.

Took my money for a hotel booking then cancelled the booking without notice to me. Found out at the hotel on the day we tried to check in. Had to book and pay for another room as unable to speak with Hotel Click customer service. Now they're refusing to refund the money even though the service wasn't provided and the hotel never received the funds. Rubbish company

May have gone into Insolvency?

If you have refund issue, and you paid with your credit card, or via paypal, then try raising a disputed transaction with them. If you live in the UK then you have 180 days from purchase to dispute the transaction where you have not received value for the payment made. Might be the same for other countries, I don't know.
