Absolutely pathetic service by Beartice, Andrea & Patricia. No manners to talk to a customer seeking for help they make fraud booking. I made a booking with hotel Albatros Aqua Park in Hurghada Center, Hurghada on jumbo website and they booked it for Albatros White Beach Resort for cheaper price and at the time of check in jumbo tried to re sell me the hotel that I originally booked for 3 time more than what i booked for earlier. The agent Pablo behaved like a absolute illiterate and denied to give his name when asked him for more than 27 times which made me feel ashamed of my self to speak with such kind of person.
I explained my situation in a crystal clear conversation with all the three ladies and more than 3 times with Pablo they simply said today is a week end and make arrangements on your own till we open on Monday which is not good for a person who is out of his home country and disconnected the call on my face.
