Lovely hotel but hilly.
Stayed at this hotel 13/6/25 until 23/6/25. Very clean,towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. Pool area clean with plenty of comfy sunbeds. Restaurant good and had a large selection for breakfast. The downside is that the hotel is built on a very steep hill and there's not enough information in the brochure or online about this. There's not enough signage to point the first time visitor to the reception which is on the 4th floor. This journey to reception has many stairs and ramps and an elevator to get there. If you are elderly, have chest problems or mobility issues seriously reconsider. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will do whatever they can. There's one lady who goes over and above to make your stay exceptional. Her name is Elli and has to be the most helpful person we have met anywhere while on holiday. She's a massive asset to your company and is definitely a 5 star employee. She is always around asking if there's anything she can do to improve you stay. Elli dont change, you're fantastic. A final note. Some of the rooms need some TLC and the ant problem sorted.
