5 months after my paid stay they've just misused my mastercard to withdraw another payment!

I stayed at this hotel hotel for 3 nights. From the 22-25 of September 2016. I've been on a roadtrip around the states with my girlfriend and San Francisco was the end to my perfect holidays!

Several weeks before our departure I prebooked a room through AMOMA and prepaid it. But when I arrived to Hotel Triton they said they couldn't find my booking, and that they've experienced lot's of issues with AMOMA (but why then still to business with them and this excuse not helping customers like me at all), and that the Hotel was fully booked, I showed my booking through amoma and a colleague to the receptionist came my and helped me out. Unfortunately they wanted my mastercard information as security for the 3 nights but to a much higer rate than the one through AMOMA. This was meanwhile they sorted out the issue with AMOMA. After some days AMOMA sorted everything out and I ended up paying what I already had paid. At least until now!!

Because I've just found out that Hotel Triton has misused my mastercard to withdraw 717 US dollars from my account. I haven't received any information from them about this matter what so ever. So whithout any notice our curtesy from their side they've decided to withdraw this money 5 months after my stay. This makes me actually very upset and shocked beyond words that they've taken advantage of my creditcard information like this to make a withdrawal.

So my advice to people considering booking this Hotel is don't! I'm never gonna book there again and I'll advice everybody I now not to either. And I sincerly hope they'll sort out the mess they've made and pay me back my money or figure it out with AMOMA (whom I have paid). I've never experienced so much hassle for a booking as I have with Hotel Triton.
