Do NOT buy from this website. I bought 4 tickets, cost over €1000, was charged, have a confirmation email of order and NEVER received tickets.....
I asked for a contact several times and was ignored! SCAM

be carefull: fraud: tickets ordered and payed, never received. Email contact stopped with message from their site: costs will be refunded. But this never happened. After 10 +emails trying to make contact, I stopped contacting them, they never answered. Crooks.

Shame on this company, they are stealing money. No tickets, no refund, no customer service. They took me 200£. Don’t use this company!!!

God knows how much money they have stolen to people through all their years of trading. Specially during the lockdown, they surely have sold thousands of tickets, all matches couldn’t take place because of lockdown and they refunded none.
I will raise a case against them, whoever has been mislead by these bunch of thieves can contact me, we will have our money back, and we will stop the illegal activity of this company.

Total and utter bunch of irresponsible thieving dishonest money grabbing jokers. Bought tickets for arsenal match that was played behind closed doors in lockdown. They have taken 4 months to respond and finally told me I had no chance of getting a refund so needed to speak to my bank. I mean, are you actually having a laugh?? You took my money. Where is it? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! You will be able to get match tickets through much better avenues and agencies.

I am quite sure they didn’t refund for all those matches which couldn’t take place during lockdown.

They are stealing people’s money, I’m sure am not the only one.

Do not get mixed with them. I still have to get my refund after 2 months. Very bad. And they have a few companies so they can go bust probably.

Game got cancelled and like previous reviewer, they refused to refund. Thankfully I paid by VISA and they have sorted it but the communication with this company was terrible - eventually stating in an email response ‘there is no further discussion on this matter’. Well, there was further discussion and the power of VISA prevailed. There are no guarantees with this company and their terms and conditions give you no rights-or so they think! Do not use, they are a rip off company

Dreadful company full of scammers spent £900 on 3 tickets (stupidly over priced but desperate to see the game) to watch juventus vs inter Milan the game got cancelled and they’ve refused to refund me the money

This is a place for a 3rd country workers from Turkey and Pakistan.
Please, dear future "customers", never buy tickets from this websites. This is a huge hole sucking your money without a certain reason. Lets say they buy tickets after the "payment sent" and buy it from official clubs websites, they dont own this tickets, they dont sell them straight, they Re-Sell the tickets from Official clubs Ticket Boxes. They don't have this tickets in their pockets at the moment of your purchase, they look for a tickets in 1-2 weeks before the Event's Start Date. When do you pay them??? A while before.
Where do they keep your tickets? Nowhere. Some third-parties receive tickets straight before the match and re-sell them to you, my lovely friend.
What is my goal? To convey to you, dear reader, the purpose of going to the official website of a football match (or the club), for the amount of money that you present to these scammers find out how and where to buy_Real Secure _tickets from the_Official_Club with official insurance, without 50% returns and overtaxes, with seats one by another, without the opportunity to be kicked out from the Stadium, without the chance to miss the tickets delivery and choose the delivery method of your DREAM...

So my boyfriend flew in from the States and I surprised him with Liverpool vs West Ham tickets for his birthday, I chose between penalty area seats which did seem pricey but we ended up getting great seats in the CE4 section and entrance to the Premium lounge with free food and hot drinks which was a real bonus and in fact hospitality tickets. I asked for tickets to be sent to my house but they ended up coming by e-ticket a day before. I did have to chase them up as I was scared i got scammed! Really happy with our seats and the service. Would recommend!

All 5 star reviews on this site are fake and promoted by the company. I've had an absolutely shocking experience. No tickets, no refund, no customer service. In fact when I try to call the company to refund my £300 ticket purchase they hang up immediately. Absolutely disgraceful. I will be taking legal action against them.

Why do they also have a 4.5 star rating when 35% of the reviews are 1 star. Trust pilot what is going on?!

Spent £238 on Liverpool v Everton tickets as a Christmas present, chased the order 2 days prior to be told they have been doing this for 7 years and without fail my tickets would be here Saturday. They haven’t arrived so called them to be told my order was cancelled as it couldn’t be fulfilled, I never got any notification of this and I’ve paid another £80 for train tickets. Do not buy anything from this website they are fraudsters

Hotfootballtickets website - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - its a complete rip off, we brought my 12 year old son tickets to see Liverpool vs Everton Tickets at Anfield in Liverpool on 05/01/2020 and received an email today saying we haven’t any tickets!!!

Pleasantly surprised!

I placed an order 2x tickets for Chelsea vs. Southampton on 26 December. I made the order on 9 December and immediately had buyer’s remorse after looking in to online reviews.

Hot Tickets emailed me to asked for a copy of my passport and a picture showing the last 4 digits of the card I paid with. When I asked why they said it was to verify my identity as my bank had declined the original transaction. This and the fact their communication, whilst frequent to respond, was worrying as emails were not not signed off by a person; simply as ‘customer services’. There were red flags which made me uneasy.

That being said, I received a text message on 19 December to tell me the tickets would be delivered by 1pm the next day. The tickets did arrive on 20 December, were genuine and had no issues at the stadium.

Alls well that ends well this time around - except for Chelsea’s performance and the result, but I can’t blame Hot Tickets for that.
