Cartridge well priced, arrived promptly, worked perfectly, lasted 18 months after install (30 months after purchase). Cartridge for Brother printer, genuine Brother price over $100, Hot Toner price in Nov 2023 was $25. Cartridge has lasted all that time and now ready to replace it and will be seeking another from Hot Toner

Ran out of Magenta ink (Epson 503xl) and needed a cartridge in a hurry. Epson was "out of stock". Other suppliers did not have it either. Hot Toner delivered one super-fast, and the delivery cost half that of Epson. Well-deserved five stars!

Very quick delivery, quality toner at a very good price!

Ordered my ink on Tuesday night. Ink arrived the next day on Wednesday afternoon. Cheapest ink that I could find, plus free postage.

Over 10 or more years I have found Hot Toner staff to be helpful and fast in their responses and the products have been excellent, with a couple of small issues that were immediately resolved . Highly recommended!

Over many years I have been enthusiastic about dealing with Hot Toner. I use compatible ink cartridges and they never miss a beat. They are generous with the number of discount offers. I am not a big user of ink cartridges but buy extra cartridges at each discount offer. The only problem I had recently is that I use PayPal as my payment vehicle, which means I don't get a window to apply the discount CODE. A quick phone call to the Sydney number gets an immediate refund of the discount. Why go somewhere else?

We ordered a printer cartridge from HotToner and found the print quality extremely poor — faint output from the start, clearly not comparable to an original Brother cartridge. Despite multiple emails and troubleshooting, the issue was never resolved. The supplier cited a 6-month warranty limit and offered a replacement only with a new purchase, which felt dismissive given the product’s shelf life and performance. Their final response lacked accountability or genuine concern. We won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to consider more reliable suppliers.

Ordered 4.30pm and order arrived next day at 2pm to a town 3.5 hours from the coast.... Products are of good quality and packed well.

I've been a satisfied Hot Toner customer for a few years and have always been happy with their "Compatable Cannon Print cartridges" which are way better priced than Cannon originals and do a great job.
I recently had a minor issue with a cartrige and their Representative Gareth looked after me very well told me what to do and there is a replacement cartridge on its way.
I highly recommend Hot Toner for their products and customer focus.

Very easy well-laid out website, great response and very prompt delivery as always.

Prompt delivery of the toner. Ordered late afternoon and delivered the next day. No delivery charge and competitive pricing.
The only thing that I could fault is the communication. I had to email and ask when the toner would be delivered. A link was then forwarded to me with a tracking number. Would have been good to get an email with tracking number once it was shipped.
