my order never arrived

my order never arrived! nobody contacted me to tell me there would be a delay and the parcel has now been shipped back to Germany! absolutely ridiculous!

I understand you have already been in communication with our Customer Service Team and were advised that as UPS were unable to deliver to the address you provided they returned it to our warehouse.
You were also advised it was UPS who you had been in touch with and did not respond to you. We will address that with UPS for you as a formal compliant.
