Horrible experience. I actually lived in one of the properties (all these 5 star reviews you see here of the Garden House are fake: I started living there the moment it opened and I don't know these people) and it's overprices and horribly managed. The first month they were still building stuff, and even now there are rooms that need to be installed. To list a few issues we had: we did not have keys of the front door for days, during November we had 2 weeks where water, electricity and internet would just fall out for the rest of the day, misrepresentation of Rooms: The actual rooms differ significantly from the online pictures (attached are actual pictures of my studio room), up until the day I left (Januari 2023) the wifi did not work at the third floor. Other tenants had issues with their showers smelling like sewage and windows that could not be opened. And these are just the first issues that pop to mind.

I lived in one of their apartments for five months. When I handed over the apartment and they came for the inspection, they told me that everything was fine and only €100 would be deducted from my deposit. It took them 10 weeks to return the deposit, with €345 less than I had paid. While they initially claimed that everything was fine, they later said that some scratches had been repaired and €245 was deducted as a result. In spite of my requests, I did not receive a receipt or proof of payment.
