Ok, just delivery too slow
Purchased an Emmi-pet brush, despite the website having no contact phone number and the reviews being a little bit shakey.
The delivery of the item was around 2 weeks, which felt a bit too long. Sent customer services a couple of emails as I needed the item quite quickly and they responded within 24 hours each time. All in all ok, delivery a bit too slow.

i have 7 dogs so ordered a premium box so I could see which ones they liked. They've gradually been picking through the box and have all happily enjoyed chewing on everything in it. Even our 12 year old chihuahua that has barely any teeth. I also like the fact there's no horrible odour from anything.
