Very professional company

Low offer but efficient service
Price offered was 80% of a much lower market value than I had expected, but Suzanne was clear and helpful throughout. I had hoped this would have enabled me to buy a property I had set my heart on. Unfortunately, this did not happen due to lack of response/ communication from local estate agents

In the end we decided not to go with…
In the end we decided not to go with the House Buyer Bureau. However when I spoke to Dorothy, she gave me a real honest assessment of what they could offer……no hard sell or false promises. This helped me make an alternative decision, which I may not have made if I hadn’t spoken to her.
I would highly recommend this company if you were looking to sell your house through a trust worthy organisation such as this one
