Delighted with the curtains, we haven't unpacked the blind yet. Was easy to order online, I received an email after ordering telling me the anticipated delivery time.
The curtains and blind arrived on time, were packed beautifully and look fantastic.
Not only that the price was very competitive compared to wallpaperdirect (about £150 cheaper for exactly the same order)

Excellent customer service from initial queries, right through to delivery. Curtains are beautifully made and were packaged so well that on delivery and unpacking there was not a crease to be seen and they could be hung immediately! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

2. I really appreciated the follow up call soon after making the order to check re. fabric cuts etc. Communication from order through to delivery was perfect in terms of the amount of information provided at each stage without any prompting from me.

We ordered large curtains for the bedroom in quite expensive (to us) fabric with lining. House Decor contacted us to say they had received the material and it had flaws, so they had sent it back. In the timescale originally indicated, c.3 weeks later, they confirmed the correct material had been received and the fully made up curtains arrived two days later, fully made up exactly as requested and ready to be hung, which took 10 minutes. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of both product and customer service, thank you.

I ordered my Roman blinds 3 weeks ago online,the ordering process was easy. I spoke to the staff on a couple of occasions and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I received them yesterday.
