Do not even try to call them, they just wont answer, cuz they dont care about you and your problems, but they care about 35 EUR that they ask for everywhere. I would name this company the ghosting simulator 2023

No replies to emails after premium subscription.
I emailed them about a student room I was interested in. They soon replied me that I have to pay a premium subscription of 35 euros, which I did. After I paid the subscription I emailed them again, twice, for the room. Two days have passed and no reply to my emails. I simply got scammed. I also have proofs for my review.

Worst estate agency I have ever came…
Worst estate agency I have ever came across. Claiming to provide the best possible service but yet so far from doing that! None of the agents are aware of the job they are providing to their customers, the information that they know about the properties that they manage is so little - I knew more than they did just from browsing their listing. It feels like they have no intentions whatsoever to sell you something they are offering - ridiculous. Avoid at all costs if you want to receive a decent service.
