Received the sign, lovely slate sign with text recessed and painted, it now looks great on our house.
Delivery was sooner than expected and I broke a screw cover installing it, they posted me some as soon as I asked.

Having placed the order, the item was delivered two weeks later. Not to us unfortunately due to the delivery company making a mistake but customer service (Lauren) resolved the issue very promptly, sending a second that arrived the next day. The slate nameplate was well packaged for protection as well as being nice and heavy with good detailing. Happy with the service overall and would use them again. Removed one star due to the item taking two weeks to arrive, not because of the poor service from the delivery company (DHL).
