I ordered 3 different types of rings to try at home. Delivery was swift, and all were very well packaged. Each ring was pristine, and I would have been thoroughly happy with either of them. However, I'm not a jewellery person normally, and none of them suited my character, but that wasn't a problem, communication and understanding was fantastic, I returned them hassle free, and got a full refund, with a friendly and supportive attitude, and can't fault any of the service. I would completely recommend Vincent Faith.
Great communication. Needed to change ring size several times and Trevor was wonderful and understanding nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will be using the company again. Ring was great quality and looks fab!
