Having forgotten I had made an appointment to have my carpet cleaned today. Andy arrived, was completely understanding and got on with cleaning for us. He used a machine to adgetate the fibres of the carpet to get the solution in deeper, NEVER seen that before used in my carpet before. My carpet looks great Andy was polite courteous and knowledgeable, I would absolutely recommend him. He also cleans mattresses ⭐
I've been using the fabulous company HouseProud for 13 years and cannot recommend the customer service and carpet cleaning highly enough. Professional, friendly excellent customer service and the cleaning is faultless. Andy uses an industrial machine which cleans the carpets to perfection.
