Incompetent at condominium administration

This company (managed by Carla Santos Silva, who initially claimed to be a lawyer; made false statements of law in writing and in person; then denied being a lawyer) appointed itself as "condominium administrator" since 2022 for a condominium building comprising 28 residential units in Meia Praia, Lagos. Most residential units in the condominium are normally unoccupied, but leased to tourists illegally (without registration as Local Accommodation) during summertime. The company has repeatedly refused to provide essential and basic details about common expenses of the condominium or to convey my concerns (as a co-owner) to my non-resident co-owners. Purposeful incompetency and refusal to perform its function, alongside deliberate violations of law appear related to an ability to effortlessly invoice absent homeowners (for a total of more than 10k€ per year) for doing almost nothing.
