Be Warned!

Over a period of 7 or so years I used the services of the House & Building Wash Company. Their workmanship during that time ranged between very good and acceptable. On 3 December 2022 I had booked for a house wash, window clean and spider spray. My garage door was damaged due to the chemicals drying on the powder coated finish and etching the surface. Negotiations with the company were fruitless and their best offer was $650.00 plus GST with non disclosure clauses. It has taken an insurance claim, two Disputes Tribunal hearings and twenty-two months to finally get a resolution through a court order on 3 September 2024, for $4,644.55, which the company finally complied with. I can not recommend this company to anyone after this disastrous experience.
