My experience with this company was not positive

I had a signed contract with this company and was required to pay ahead of services delivered. Several video chats with How2Media together with a prominent LinkedIn influencer and I was convinced this was a good investment. Not so.
The terms of the contract were not fulfilled. I asked for a refund with no response. I contacted the influencer and found out all business ties had been cut with this company.
There was no transparency or good faith shown to me as a client who paid UP FRONT for the services. There was no follow-up or even an explanation as to why the terms of the contract were not fulfilled. I was just ghosted.
My experience was not positive with this company and I caution anyone who might be considering their services.
