I’m new to howdens as a supplier I love the the people in there there great and very helpful. My only gripe is the call I get. If I have projects in future I will use them I don’t need a call a week about it. Please stop I’m going to use you 😀

Excellent service, got the materials needed delivered. Had too many flooring packs but when I reorder other flooring theses will be picked up and credited to me account.

The girls at howdens rescued my customer from a disaster with a previous order being put in incorrectly (middle man issue).

I managed to get two more customer orders in and do a door swap on the same day

had everything in stock that i needed which is always a bonus but yet again the items hadnt been picked from shelves prior to me picking up which meant time wasted waiting for it to be done

James Ashton could not have been more helpful when I came to buying a new kitchen. At every stage he was able to advise me, his knowledge and 'can do' attitude was so refreshing and made the project so much easier!

After Becky first took on my client she did nothing but give total support to there needs, and there was many needs. To include but a few, just the fact that Becky was constantly pricing my clients kitchen against competitors and cheaper option companies. So it's fair to say that Becky saved the day for Howdens and they have ended up with a quality kitchen, after i've fitted it.
And as always everything was on site at the time stated and to the load manifest.

Always friendly and go out of there way to help, especially at my local branch in amesbury.

James and Cassie Amesbury Howdens

When we bought our first home back in March mans we always wanted to have a new kitchen designed for us. We went to the amesbury branch and Cassie and James looked after us from there.

We first had a telephone conversation then sat down and designed the kitchen to how we wanted it. They both helped out and showed us different positioning, colours, etc so we could see how it would look in real life. They were brilliant and so so helpful, Days and even weeks after the initial design we wanted to change things so we called up they straight away they got them changed and sent photos via email. They were always helpful and so polite.

We booked, designed the kitchen 15 weeks before we was due to move in and they kept in touch regularly which was good. Nearer the time they came out to double check the measurements I provided and then we agreed on a delivery date… they were so professional along the way especially when I had to keep changing the delivery date as the house wasn’t quite ready. The week leading up to the delivery date I decided last minute I wanted to change the position of the gas hob, it involved changing unit sizes and shuffling the kitchen left slightly, I called up and again they were brilliant and it was no issue what so ever, after the phone call I received an email with the new design on with the changes…

The delivery then arrived at the end of the week all ready for my carpenter to fit… along the way we needed some extra bits like new skirting boards, some more end panels for boxing in etc and again I called up and James sorted them out for me, even got stuff delivered…usually I would go elsewhere to buy this sort of stuff but the customer service was so good by Howdens I kept my business there… couple of weeks in when the kitchen was being fitted we decided we wanted to change the splash back before we put it up as the clear one we originally selected wouldn’t go right with our paint choice, I called James up and again it was no issue and he sorted me out a black splash back..

If there was something I wanted which wasn’t in stock then James would call another branch and get me it as soon as he could… whilst popping back to the branch as and when to get more stuff I noticed the recycling bin draws in the showroom… I ended up wanting them too, and James got them sorted for me straight away… these people have been absolutely phenomenal along the way, so so helpful, honesty can not fault them! When you spend a lot of money on a kitchen you want it right and appreciate help and guidance along the way and you get just that, I was probably a bit of a pain along the way with all the changes I wanted to make and all the phone calls I made but it was never a problem for these guys! They looked after me along the way, great communication, and the service started from the minute I phoned up, right too the end when I was moved in and job done… they don’t just sell you a kitchen and that’s it, they’re with you the whole journey and these guys are a credit to Howdens! Without a doubt I’d recommend amesbury branch to anyone and especially James and Cassie, they’re a great team!!!

The kitchen quality is great, we went for the handless hockley slate grey with copper profile and it looks beautiful! They put a lot of time and effort into designing it, even changing colours of different appliances so you can see what looks best. They will even help with questions on how to fit it if you get stuck.

We went for quarts worktop aswell and the fitters were absolute professionals. Outstanding job, perfect cuts and a beautiful mitre joint for the waterfall side piece! They done a great job
