Howdens - Ardrossan Reviews 

Attended at the Ardrossan branch to view their range of kitchens. While there we met Danielle and she took us through their range and arranged a home visit to measure up.
Following the visit she produced drawing and we subsequently purchased a kitchen and flooring at a competitive price.
Danielle was very helpful and would encourage us to use the branch for any future renovations.

Right from our first call to ask how we go about getting advice and design for our parents kitchen, the service we have received has been excellent. Danielle has been extremely helpful and very caring and understanding. Our parents are elderly and Danielle has taken all that on board, advising best options to improve things for them in their kitchen. Home visit to measure up was great and she spent a lot of time chatting through our concerns and showroom visit was the same - she was very patient and helpful, nothing was a bother. The timescale for getting plans drawn up and pictures was excellent too, only a matter of days, which has been great. The whole process so far has put my parents minds at ease, as they know they are in good hands. Thank you.

Staff friendly and helpful, David looked for tools and equipment and brought a variety of goods to choose from. He went to the store area and uplifted the items ordered and brought them to pick up area. Went above and beyond to help customers.

We have been dealing with Ashley specifically, in the Ardrossan branch for all of our projects over the last 2/3 years and we can't sing her praises enough! She is a great designer and comes up with great ideas/layouts. She also has the patience of a saint for dealing with us as customers.

Every staff member in the Ardrossan branch are lovely and super helpful. We always look forward to a visit! :)

This was a unexpected joy of a experience, done in a very ambitious timeframe with a real eye for detail and focus on what mattered to me. The design was turned around fast and it picked up all the opportunities to make use of my quirky kitchen space. Ashley made the design and selection process really flexible, being able to show me how the different options would work. Being able to source matching worktops, appliances and high quality flooring meant the whole room design and finish looks perfect. The benefit of Ashley's experience saved me many hours of trawling the internet for design ideas and appliances to fit. The whole process was seamless and easy to get a finished room that looks great and was done with very little stress. There were no surprises in the installation process, that was evidence that the planning was excellent and that made fitting straightforward. Very highly recommended !

Ashley from the Ardrossan Branch was fabulous! so helpful and provided great advice when we were planning our kitchen, any emails were replied to within an hour max and any concerns or advice answered. Delivery date was perfect with no issues.

I selected a new kitchen from Howdens catalogue and arranged for a home visit by a kitchen designer. The service I received from all the Howden staff based in Ardrossan, North Ayrshire was excellent. The authorised installer William Watson, on Howdens books, carried out a first class installation and I cannot praise all these people enough. Would highly recommend Howdens as a main Kitchen Supplier. I now have one very happy wife!!

I couldn't be happier with my finished kitchen. It is exactly how I envisioned! The quality of the units is great as are the appliances :) All the staff at the Ardrossan branch were so helpful, especially our designer Ashley. Ashley's knowledge and expertise is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and top marks for patience too - after I went all round the options back to my first choice of colour and units! Ashley made me feel completely at ease and give her honest opinion and thoughtful suggestions throughout. I really can't thank her enough!

Dealt with Martin who designed my kitchen. Really impressed with the layout. He was great to deal with informative and knowledgeable on products and interpretation of my plans re what I hoped to have included.

From start to finish Howdens we're completely professional. I got a kitchen designer to visit & design my kitchen. Once agreed all items arrived well wrapped and most importantly on the date agreed.
