Always very helpful, can't do enough and very reliable and honest with the price as they will reduce the price whenever possible as it can go up and down.

I’ve never used Howdens before it was quick and easy to set the account up, the staff were really helpful and the shop I use had everything I needed.

The staff were great the knowledge of there products was really good and thay were very helpful

I have just had a kitchen installed from Howdens in Barnsley. The whole process, from planning to delivery, to installation by Craw Developments, was excellent. I am delighted with the final results. Real value for money. Howdens were always available for advice and support whenever necessary. Also, very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

The whole process was great! Mike the designer was excellent. He was really informative when designing our kitchen and never used any sales tactics or pressure.
The invite to store was fabulous where we got to see what our kitchen would be like and tailor it to our needs.
Communication with Mike was great throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
Howdens Barnsley.. you are lucky to have Mike, if you do have a means of recognising your staff then Mike is a prime on tender.

I found out that that an additional door had reduced in cost by 30percent only a few weeks after my original purchase.

Very, very late review.... Rob Ward, sales designer at Twibble Street Barnsley Howdens was a delight to work with. He basically helped us to design the kitchen we wanted and put up with our endless requests for changes/alterations/visits to see materials/changes to visuals etc. etc. At the same time he never pushed anything on us/sold us anything. Really cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Rob! We are also pleased with the product in terms of the carcasses, doors, fittings, appliances etc. (Our worktop came from a. n. other.)

We tried Wren a year ago but got too much pressure when we decided to wait. MW Interiors did our bathroom and said theu work with Howdens for kitchens.we walked in, saw the larder cupboard and were more or less sold. Mike Twycross came and measured up and was really helpful all the way through. We have a great kitchen which was expertly fitted and looks fabulous. We have only waited 25 years and couldn't be happier.

When we went to howdens we didn't have a clue in how our new kitchen would look then we meet Carol who designs kitchen she came to our and measured up then we went to see the design and we were very surprised she had designed our kitchen to look amazing so if you want a kitchen designer to come to your to have a look then ask for Carol fearnley and remember this measuring service is free

Had the pleasure of dealing with Howdens Barnsley branch recently for a new kitchen,
Mr Michael Twycross was the gentleman I dealt with throughout the process from planning to installation. I have to say I was impressed with his professionalism and understanding.
Following a number of visits and re planning on our part we decided on a style and installation plan.
Unfortunately when the kitchen was delivered we did not like the doors and end panels.
I went to the depot expecting an argument and was very surprised that they accepted the replacement of the doors and panels for a different style without one.
Customer service is second to none.
All target dates were met with the kitchen being delivered as arranged.
We had some items left over and these were returned for a credit to my account with no fees.
I would recommend to anyone.
