Had a wrong kitchen unit delivered incorrectly, called beckenham & they bent over backwards to sort it, within 35mins had delivered new unit & collected wrong one.
Can't fault the branch has always looked after me over the years

Excellent service. Sahar at Beckenham was always available to discuss the project and came up with a lovely kitchen layout. We had an issue with one of the units but this was sorted out with no problem. Would recommend the kitchen service.

Christopher Nagle in particular has been extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He cares about each individual client and nothing is too much trouble.

When we moved into our house we inherited an 80’s kitchen. Aside from a new aesthetic we needed a layout that worked for a more modern family space and allowed us to install bi-fold doors to create a free flow space between the kitchen and patio. The whole process from initial design to fitting was made seamless by the team at Beckenham Howdens. One of their designers Rob visited to discuss our personal style, the functionality we needed and measure up the space precisely then sent us visuals of what we had discussed. We received quotes for 2 options enabling us to make our final decision. As well as the kitchen units we opted for integrated appliances and several months on we have no complaints and are so happy we did. We used a local builder Peter McKearney to fit the kitchen, who was very friendly and had extensive knowledge of the Howdens products. Following this he was able to assist us with other aspects of our renovation. A special thank you to Mark, Lee and Bobbie at Howdens for all their help and for making the whole process such a stress-free experience!

Chris was extremely helpful when designing our kitchen, he was patient with changes and advised on what looked good, will definitely be recommending!

As a carpenter I’ve fitted numerous Howdens kitchens for other builders. Recently encouraged to open my own account. The process was very simple and I wished I’d done it years ago.

My go to store for Joinery items and like goods

My new year project to refurb my kitchen was a great experience from the start. The salesman Musab went out of his way to help me choose the worktops, gave me some samples and I placed the order. I then needed delivery quickly at short notice and within a couple of day's which was sorted out over the phone. I was kept in touch by text and phone by the delivery man and was very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this branch and use again in the future.

Planned and bought kitchen from Howdens Beckenham. Brilliant service. Nothing too trouble. Lovely friendly staff. Assistant manager excellent. Overall a great experience thanks to the staff at Beckenham.

From start to finish our experience with Howdens has been really great. We had our kitchen designed by Sahar, who gave us two great options. She had infinite patience when we kept trying different things, and never made us feel bad about doing so. The ordering of the kitchen was very easy, with a first class price given.

We asked for the kitchen delivery to be brought forward on the advice of our builder, with very little notice, but even that wasn’t a problem. And when we needed extra items to be sent out, then happened on a same day basis. They also helped us with a cooker extractor when ours didn’t fit (we bought our own) with delivery of the new extractor happening on the same day too. The team including Sahar were there for us, no matter what. If you’re thinking of going to Howdens in Beckenham for your kitchen, I wouldn’t hesitate. Oh and the kitchen itself is fantastic and absolutely looks a million dollars.

We recently completed a kitchen/dining room. Sahar was our consultant and every time we visited Sahar at the showroom, she was very professional and very helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the product and her eye for design is excellent.
