They pretend to give you a discount but actually the price is exactly like others as every items cost a crazy amount of money.
Work top prices are insanely expensive and cheaper quality compare to anybody else

Most of the time lot of items MISSING or are WRONGLY delivered and damaged on delivery.
Be aware : if you swap items or bringing back something they are often put the charge in your account .
Make sure you check your account properly as you gonna end up to pay twice

We would like to shout out the designer Joshna and manager Adrian from Howden Borehamwood. Joshna's passion work out the lovely kitchen, she has well understanding on the customer needed, my wife love it a lot. Adrian has the good management skill which all team member work collaborated. Highly recommend them for kitchen design, they are World Class.

It is always a pleasure to pop in to Howdens in Borehamwood. Adrian and his team are always on hand to assist in any way possible. I am small fry in this vast pond of tradespeople but I am always made to feel as valued as the big fish in the trade.

Meriel is an outstanding kitchen designer who is always on hand to guide through this sometimes difficult process. She takes time to look at the individual needs and advises accordingly resulting in a kitchen guaranteed to please. With such a huge range of kitchens, worktops and splashbacks and accessories it is most certainly worth chatting to Meriel who is most knowledgeable and will get the best for your budget.

There is always a friendly, warm welcome awaiting at Howdens in Borehamwood together with a nice cuppa. Well done to you all there. The trade days and specials are always worth popping in for too.

Very helpful staff at the Borehamwood store, always deliver on time, quick to survey and price up kitchens.

Your pricing set up is terrible, the prices are far in excess of the market rate, so we get a discount (fair enough) but the discount is only applied at certain times by certain staff and at differing levels. How difficult would it be to set up a price for my company for all of the items you have in stock and then when we are doing estimates for work, we will know what prices to charge. Ok when the issues are uncovered, they are usually rectified in a relatively satisfactory manner but why should we have to keep on going over invoices and speaking to numerous people regarding a credit. If the prices were set up it would be less administartion and time wasted for everyone.

This is a true review based on my experience with Howdens- Borehamwood. I have purchased the kitchen from Howdens for my tenanted property and paid them from my company account 3 weeks ago. I am very disappointed with their service. First, my builder and I requested their kitchen designer to consider a bin place in the units, but unfortunately they simply ignored our request and sent us the kitchen units without considering the bin place and without discussion with us. Secondly, their kitchen worktops next to the sink have been inflated very surprisingly 1 week after installation in spite of sealing around the sink. The tenant has been there for over 3 years and they never had this issue with the previous worktops. The tenant blames the quality of their units. The previous units lasted over 10 years, now I am very concerned about the quality of their units to be honest. They have only provided me a receipt without my name or my company name and without the property address. My accountant has informed me the receipt is insufficient, inappropriate and invalid for the tax reasons. I have requested them many times to provide me a proper receipt with all details on it. They have been hiding and not returning my calls and my emails. They are very unprofessional and have very very poor customer service in place. I do not recommend them to my family and friends at all for the above reasons.

We have recently completed a major refurbishment and required two kitchens (one for an annexe). We were really impressed with Joshna at Howdens in Borehamwood, and our overall experience has been fantastic.

Joshna is really professional, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable on the kitchen ranges, and she has a good eye for detail. She listened carefully to our requirements and provided helpful advice and solutions to produce our dream kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble and she goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy. The finished kitchen looks fabulous. We’d thoroughly recommend Joshna.
