After ordering our kitchen early October, with a delivery date of the 26th October, there were 33 items undelivered.
The bulk of these were delivered on the 24th November, however there are still 6 items missing, which we're told will be delivered on the 14th December, 7 weeks after the initial delivery date.
Our kitchen fitter had scheduled our fitting in for one week (commencing on the 29th November) and based his quote on completing the fit within one week.
We now need to get him back for up to one day to fit the outstanding parts, for which a further charge will be invoiced.
I've advised Howdens that I expect them to cover this extra cost, due to their inability to deliver on time, but I'm still waiting for them to confirm they will.
UPDATE
I've just received an email from the local depot confirming a delivery date of tomorrow for all of the outstanding parts, and also confirming that they will cover the cost of the fitter having to return to fit these.
My faith in Howdens has been restored! :-)

I dealt with the kitchen designer Mark he was excellent very patient and helped and advised on the way to make sure we were happy with our purchase and delivered the kitchen on the date we agreed so far no complaints

Mark was very helpful at all times. He came down to Weston-super-Mare and measured up for the kitchen. I made changes before delivery and he handled these without any fuss or issue.
When we discovered a unit in the delivery was missing he arranged for it to delivered the next day.
Excellent service!

Ben L from Howdens in Bristol designed a perfect kitchen after one visit to the flat. We had difficulty finding a builder and Ben passed on a few contractors details which was a great help. The kitchen has been fitted and looks fabulous. Really pleased with service, quality and price. Would highly recommend.

Had a delivery today of a kitchen van came with one driver how on earth was he meant to take it all off the van so being self employed I took the day off no one arranged for my delivery no phone call nothing . I helped the driver as much as I could phoned the office for help which they told driver to take the heavy stuff back so I took the drivers keys and I wouldn’t give them back until my kitchen was delivered inside my house eventually ….. This was a very disturbing experience
