Great team,very helpful

I have been using Howdens since the new manager took over she asked if she could quote on a kitchen I had planned and priced with another company, they were able to beat the price and supply it sooner than the other company, I have stayed with Howdens since that time and they have always been very helpful and consistent on pricing, I’ve sent quite a few clients to meet with the design team and out of over 20 clients I think I lost one client to another supplier but we were still retained to fit that kitchen. Warehouse staff brilliant haven’t had to return or replace any due to damage and only had to change a couple of items that were for another customer and wasn’t part of my order.

The bury branch is quality and all the staff go out of their way to help ...Marco out the back give him a pay rise...

Excellent customer service, with friendly and welcoming staff. Great knowledge of the products and tbey always give you time to decide which you prefer, and then make the order quuickly. Nearly all items we have, are in stock and if not, tbere is never long to wait.

Alex at the counter reception really helped me track down a kitchen bin that I needed for a Howden's 3 bin unit I'd purchased 9 years ago fitting my kitchen.
I thought we would not be able to find a replacement but Alex went out of his way to find one.
Very impressed with the service I received.

Customer service was ok, however the price of materials appears to be astronomical.
2 lengths of kitchen unit base board, over £100?
Seriously?

A promising start has ended in disappointment with the almost finished kitchen. Local office no longer responding when contacted, questionable design and quality of product lacking. Feeling totally let down.

However Bury st Edmund’s Staff, Managers, sales , warehouse. Are friendly, through and pleasure to work with.

Brad, in Bury St Edmunds, was right behind my somewhat unusual concept from the start. There was great communication, always responsive and always with a positive 'can-do' attitude. The result is a unique kitchen and one that I love.

This was on the path to be a 5* review however, I had my new kitchen installed at the end of feb, and was initially very impressed although it soon became apparent that there was an issue with the Howdens branded dishwasher. It has caused substantial damage to the work top. 2 engineers later, the first saying it was substandard materials being used and the second finding the fault with the dishwasher. On discussions with the Howdens team, they then explain that the worktop has been discontinued. I am now questioning whether it is indeed substandard and that’s why it has been discontinued. After many discussions with the manager, she’s informed me that her hands are tied due to Howdens policies and quality assurance department. This has left me disappointed and frustrated, it has now been nearly 4 months and this has still not been resolved. I understand that problems can occur however for me it’s about how the problem is resolved and in this case I feel like the options that have been given to me are unacceptable.

Been with the Bury St Edmunds branch for many years and I don't have a bad word for anyone there. The service is great and prices can not be bettered. Brad from the Bury branch cams and surveyed the latest kitchen, quotation and drawings
back by the following day. Kitchen delivered Friday morning, install started on monday. Customer really happy.
Why go elsewhere everything under one roof .

Everything in stock, staff friendly and knowledgeable what else can you say.

I have given this transaction a middle of the road score. I was not notified that the door had come in and was ready to be collected, I should have received a message to say it was in. The door itself isn't the normal better quality you expect. The plastic beading around the glass had gaps around it, I needed the door to get the work finished so had to fill the gaps to make it look better.
I have had much better.

Great service and experience. Always a friendly reception when you arrive at the depot from the sales and trade counter team to the warehouse team. Great product knowledge and nothing is too much trouble, many items in stock so able to view before making a decision.
