Howdens - Camberley Reviews 

I've used Howdens for decades but this has been my main branch due to the exceptional level of service I always receive. Andy in particular is always incredibly helpful but all of the staff are absolutely top drawer. Even if my job isn't local to Camberley I still choose to come here.

Needed some urgent parts for my sons kitchen. Showroom team went out of there way to support us. And supported by the warehouse everyone was Very knowledgeable and so professional.

I’d like to thank the following people from the Camberley depot for consistently going above and beyond to make sure I received the best service, advice and products. Andy, Ashlee and Mash are friendly, knowledgeable and just good people in general. I’ve been trading at the Camberley depot for over 20 years and this team of people really set the bar high for customer service.

Andy Shenton always does that extra bit to help out, really helpful guy very pleasant to deal with definitely one of the best howdens about.

We had a kitchen designed by Andy at the Camberley branch and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Andy showed us around and talked us through the various options and solutions available for our small kitchen, so storage ideas were important to us and his expertise on this really helped us out.
The whole experience was incredibly professional and personal and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Andy and Howdens Camberley for any other projects in this house or a future project.

Being a regular customer of howdens for the past 15 years at howdens Camberley I have had nothing but great service and help from the guys in branch. Since Andy has come in at howdens Camberley of which whom I mainly deal with now his service has been exceptional and nothing is ever too much or ever a problem and will always look after my needs and requirements as quick as possible. The Camberley branch of Howdens is the one branch that I use on a regular basis and one of the main reasons for that is because of Andy Shenton who always goes above and beyond to help his clients. Keep up the good work Andy and the staircase you provided looks great I’ll send you some pictures real soon.

A great depot at Camberley, recently moved close by and changed depot, I have to say that this depot is run so efficiently and Terry does a great job with his team, you can see everyone is happy at work and he is a great manager, really nice bloke. Thank you Shaun for the kitchen designs, warehouse guys and the lady on the counter for always helping with what I need.

I would like to share a review for the excellent service I have had from Howdens Camberely in Surrey who supplied my new kitchen. I have had veiled quotations for the kitchen as it was a big job to carry out but Howdens came on top of. In particular I would like to thank Shaun who helped to plan out the kitchen and stayed in touch with the installer and supplied what was necessary to have the kitchen finished .

Howdens are great! Always full of stock and at a competitive price, the staff are fantastic, especially Andy at the Camberley branch, so helpful and always willing to sort out any issues.

Andy was just great at the Camberley branch. From start to finish he managed to find everything i need in store. On some occasions i have put him under pressure and every time he is polite and just gets the job done. I cant rate him enough. Would highly recommend

Process started well when I first went for the design meeting, but then again I guess it's the case of new customer and they want you to spend your money with them. We got the design sorted without any issue which would have gained 5 stars, however since that process was completed it has fallen off a cliff, currently deserving no stars. A week later, 6 phone calls leaving messages with various people (Terry, Andy, Jade......) and 3 emails requesting my quotation to be sent to me and still nothing! I think this must be a red flag warning telling me to take my business elsewhere.

The people working there are friendly and knowledgeable, nothing seems too much trouble. Any issues are quickly sorted and sometimes when lateral thinking is required they usually find a solution.

I’ve been working with Andy Shenton for the last 4 years.
I find him very knowledgable and efficient at getting things done, delivery is always on time when he says and he really does go out his way to source products from other branches quickly to keep the job moving.
Would highly recommend Andy and the whole team behind him at the Camberley depot.

I’m writing this review to thank Andy Shenton from the Camberley depot for always going above and beyond. Nothing is too much of an issue for him from finding out warranty issues to organising big orders. He’s extremely professional and works to a very high standard whilst also maintaining a good balance with his sense of humour and friendly banter. We are always quick to write a complaint but never a positive but in this case it’s well deserved.
