I found myself at the beginning of the year urgently needing my kitchen updated. It was old, tired and not fit for purpose. I contacted Louise at Howdens Carluke initially to get a quote and see what I could do with the limited space (and budget) I had.

She could not have been more helpful. Within a few days I had a designer; also called Louise, in my kitchen, who quite literally exceed my expectations in every way possible.

The team at Howdens went out of their way to meet my need for functionality while helping me future proof the space to allow for upgrades as and when the budget would allow. They truly made what was a very stressful time so much easier. The end result was stunning and captured the style I was after effortlessly. I will definitely be back for my upgrades this coming summer and will continue to recommend Louise and her team at every opportunity.

My husband and I had shopped around lots of different suppliers and had heard some right horror stories. I was sooo glad we found Rebecca at Howdens Carluke! She took the time to go through everything and even picked up on missing items on other quotes! She included everything I asked for and more from pull outs and bins to fancy little extras I didn’t think would be in my budget. By the end of the appointment we knew exactly what we were getting and were confident we had made the right choice. Kitchens are expensive but Rebecca produced a design that ticked the boxes and kept us in budget.

Got my new kitchen from the Carluke branch…. Amazing service from the initial enquiry to the outstanding end product … the team could not be more helpful. Ordered a kitchen from Howdens Carluke. It’s an older house so we wanted something in keeping but we had the added headache of odd measurements & old walls. Can’t thank Callum enough for his patience & customer service.

Very weak response from head office following a complaint regarding howdens not offering people a written quotation when requested. Tried to imply that I was looking for a ‘detailed quote’ which I tried to correct them and told them this was not the case as per email trail. Goes to show, even at a higher level, their customer satisfaction and ability to resolve a complaint is poor and unwilling to cooperate with customer. Only serve the interests of the trader not the actual customer that is potentially buying from them. Would never recommend them as a reputable company to anyone.
