Good service staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.

A young lady from the cemetery road branch who I believe to be called Jerry went above and beyond to make sure that not only did my kitchen fit but would be delivered all togeather on the agreed date.

Recently purchased a kitchen from Howdens the salesman Joey was very helpful and gave me everything I wanted for my budget other firms weren’t as helpful and that is why I returned to Howdens thank you for all your help

Howdens cemetery road were great with the design and fitting in all my requirements. The kitchen has turned out just as if hoped. Joey was great really helpful and responsive doing what he could to get the kitchen within my budget and design requirements.

Abu, the branch manager really went out of his way to get us what we wanted. The delivery guys were fantastic and brought all the worktops into the house. Abu even called us to ask if everything was ok with the delivery. The products are superbly packed. Highly recommended. These guys are fantastic.Cant thank them enough. Superb. 5*

Staff are super helpful. Great customer service. Good products at good prices. Very happy with my overall experience. Wish they were open longer on Saturdays...

I recently visited Howdens Joinery in Bradford to get started with a Kitchen I was seen by a young asian girl who was very helpful but as i was walking out I was disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour I overheard. The conversation the older asian man who also works there had with her was not what I expected in a professional setting. I won’t go into the details of what was said as it just disgusts me and was highly in appropriate and judging by what I heard of her reaction she was highly uncomfortable with the sexual comment being made.

Due to this I will not be returning to Howdens.

This kind of behavior makes the whole place look bad and makes you wonder about the company's values. Howdens needs to make sure everyone acts respectfully.

I hope Howdens fixes this to keep a good environment for workers and customers.

Quality products and great to deal with. Also got a very good saw for just over a pound for yearly membership.

Attention to detail was fantastic. Seamless process. Knew exactly what I needed before I had to say anything.

So this was the first time I have used Howden and I can't see myself going elsewhere anymore. This is because:
1. Price - I looked and compared extensively and this was much more competitive.
2. Service - Matthew and Abu is who I dealt with. The design work and understanding our needs was fantastic. We are a family of 6, and the ideas generated by them we had no clue about.
3. Options - every possible range and much better price then I anticipated.
4. After care - excellent, excellent, excellent and excellent.

Also, the delivery company they used, absolutely brilliant team. Friendly and efficient.

A really mixed experience, I suppose it is just like any business and it depends on who you get.
My first meet was with an older gentleman, name starts with a W, who was very unhelpful and there was real passive aggression there.
However, I left and returned another day and was seen by a very helpful younger lady who redeemed the whole experience.
Howdens needs to be careful about who they recruit!
I'm not sure of the actual date I visited, it was late July or early August!

Excellent service, the quality of the kitchen is so much better than other places.

The main reason for going to Howdens on Cemetery Road is the staff, most polite and humble people I've ever met working for an organisation. Hats off to you all well done.

Purchased our Balham kitchen and after a couple of months noticed the doors were blistering especially around where the dishwasher was. Contacted Howdens and they supplied a new door and drawers. The same started happening again 6 months later and again supplied more doors and drawers. After the 3rd time of happening, they confirmed the range had been discontinued due to the complaints regarding the kitchen dishwasher cupboard/drawer design. So, I am now left with drawers that won’t close flush and a dishwasher door that won’t close because it has swollen too much and a dishwasher we can’t use. I’m still waiting for Head office to contact me to try and resolve this.

Overall very friendly staff.Ordered a kitchen was clueless as to what I wanted .Wayne was brilliant very helpful from planning to helping me decide what would look best .Was very patient with me constantly changing my mind .Thank you Wayne the kitchen looks amazing
